Fan TC Con can accept no responsibility or liability for any property, personal or professional, lost by any individuals, groups, third party traders or exhibitors at the event.
We strongly recommend using the lockers for safe storage of your valuables.
Parking on site with donation to Mountbatten IOW.
Bus routes 5 and 9 stop right outside on Fairlee Road.
You can walk from Newport via Riverside, cut into Seaclose Park (The Isle of Wight Festival Site], up through the Seaclose fields to Medina Leisure Centre.
The site is mobility scooter and wheelchair friendly.
Private cosplay dressing rooms are available though the Activity Hall.
We will be running an amazing raffle at the event, hoping to raise the funds to stage Fan TC Con again in 2025, as we still do not have a corporate sponsor.
While raising awareness for Mountbatten IOW; we are aiming for our comic con (the third we have staged - previously in Cowes) to be a fun day for all the family, an opportunity to dress up in fancy dress or cosplay, buy some merchandise from our traders, nostalgically enjoy playing retro video games, experience VR gaming, board games and even Dungeons and Dragons. We have a Lego Zone and also have local Pro Wrestlers.
Cineworld are raising money for BBC Children in Need.
We have our usual Doctor Who Zone and meet our Daleks and have your photo opportunity with them and our screen used TARDIS "The Old Girl" and the newest addition to Roy's, I mean OUR family, Dale K and Mark (The Dalek) and K-9.
Cash is preferred (you will need it for autographs and photographs with celebrity guests and the nearest ATM is at Pan Post Office, 87 Royal Exchange, Newport PO30 2HW. Cash back will be limited and there will be a £2 charge for using cash back at out check in desk.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang will be there with a Delorean Time Machine.
DK Photography will have a studio there so you can capture your amazingcosplay creations professionally, you can even have a professional photo with a celebrityguest (for a fee).

Autographs and photographs are chargeable and our guests will have their own rates (cash only).
Uur guests will be partaking in Q&A session on our stage hosted by Paul Wilson.
We have comic artists, writers and producers.
There is free parking although Mountbatten IOW will be asking for a charity donation.
There is delicious food available on-site from The Churros Van, Oasis Catering and Harbour Kitchen.
The whole day builds up to our annual cosplay competition where Heroes have donated prizes for the winner in five categories and Fidel's Dream have created the unique trophies.
Our F1 Simulator Activity has a prize for the fastest time of the day.
Our friends at Red Funnel have produced a special offer for anyone traveling from the mainland, this offer is availableon our website where you can also buy tickets for the event.
We have thousands of Lego bricks to build with in our Brick Zone sponsored by Red Funnel.
